The Lenny Marcus Trio featuring trumpeter Scott Walter will present an evening of jazz reflecting the inspiration of famous French jazz musicians such as Stéphane Grappelli, Michel Legrand, Jean-Luc Ponty, Django Reinhardt and many others. The birthplace of jazz itself will also be remembered with some genuine New Orleans “Mardi Gras” music! (Lenny Marcus is originally from where “bon temps roulez!”)
The concert will be followed by the traditional jam session and audience members who are musicians are encouraged to bring their instruments and sit in.
